This review is overdue, but better late than nothing, right 😅 So here's my review on Christmas day 😉A BIG MASSIVE THANK YOU to Wayne, Glen, Brandon and the electrician Steve and his apprentice Brodie for installing my two split -system ACs for my living/kitchen room and my bedroom back in Aug 25. They did an ABSOLUTE 5 STARS AMAZING JOB!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm so happy to have found this amazing family-run company. Their perfect 5 stars ratings was what really sealed the deal for me. I was told they lost all their reviews though?? I can't remember how many reviews they had before, but their reviews looked legit and were written by real ppl and as of now, it looks like they still retain their 5 stars. From my first call to Wayne and then his site visit and through the whole installation, I was impressed by his customer service and his team as well. All of them displayed high-level of professionalism, teamwork, customer service, attention to details, positivity (Wayne is the only one who said yes to me) and they aim to please their customers. They turned up on time, cleaned up afterwards and were very easy to deal with. Most importantly, their pricing is also very competitive and reasonable.I was already in the process of getting quotes and having a few other companies doing site visits, but what really bugged me was their reluctance to install one of the outdoor units at the space of my liking. I understand that due to my small house, I have a lack of wall space but still...I was sure the space that I wanted was totally ok and doable. But all of them said no, it's impossible bla bla bla...even though I was willing to pay for the extra pipings. Or their pricing was too high. So at one point I was actually feeling a bit lost, didn't know who else to call, until I found Wayne's company. I just wish they had come up sooner on my search. Even right now, when I type in their full business name in google, nothing comes up...which is weird and I don't understand why 🤷 Nevertheless, I was so glad I found them. And guess what?? Wayne was THE ONLY ONE who said yes to me with installing that outdoor unit in the space I wanted. It was a last minute change cos at that point, I already believed the other tradies, but thankfully I asked Wayne anyway and to my surprise, he said...Yes! Of course you can! Then I realized the other tradies only said no because they wanted easy and quick job. And for that, I wanna say THANK YOU to Wayne. THANK YOU for saying yes to me. I really love his motto: There's a solution to every problem. Nothing is impossible! We give the customers what they want, as long as it's ok to do it. Those are all music to my ears! Now I finally officially have ACs in my home and I would no longer be roasted in the summer 😂 I'm loving my ACs!Just FYI - I picked Mitsubishi Electric. I was gonna go with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, but after some more research, I decided to go with ME instead. Best decision! And that's what Wayne recommended too. Wayne and the team are experienced, on time, friendly, clean and tidy. They have installed a Fujitsu and 2 Mitsubishis at my place and a Mitsubishi at mum’s. Highly recommended.

They had an initial visit and offered a reasonable cost for 2 x units, and then arrived for installation on time. They work well as a team, and installation completed successfully. Well done to the team. Highly recommended.

I installed 5 split air conditioners at my house carried out by Air-Cond Installers about 18 moths ago. Their service was exceptional from the beginning to the end. It was quite a big job which requires co-ordination and timely installation. All were carried out in a professional and efficient manner. Their price was very competitive as well.
